We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our team in Liverpool and the wider Liverpool City region. We recruit for a number of fantastic SEN schools and offer you the opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.

Your role will involve:

• Delivering engaging lessons (Teachers) or providing support in the classroom (Teaching Assistants) tailored to meet the needs of students with SEND.
• Adapting teaching strategies to support different learning styles and abilities.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student confidence and development.
• Collaborating with SENCOs, support staff, and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies and individual learning plans.
