Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum

A Part-time HR Advisor is required to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. You will be required on-site Monday - Friday, totalling 24 hours per week. Working in a small team, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees. A key member of the HR Department, you will aid with day-to-day activities surrounding recruitment, absence management and on-boarding.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -

  • Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
  • Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
  • Completing return to work, exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
  • Attending disciplinaries and grievances, providing note-taking and associated reports
  • Any general HR administration tasks as required

Ideally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -

  • Experience with talent management
  • Understanding of the Bradford Factor or similar
  • Strong time management and good initiative
  • Proven experience working in a HR role
  • Due to occasional site visits to a secondary site in Lye, it would be preferable for you to have your own transport.

  • Office-based part time hours; Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm (1pm Friday)
