Our client, an Investment Bank, are looking for a VP to join their London M&A team.

You will work on some of the largest mid-tier transactions, with substantial client and investor interaction.

Due to strong deal closures and forward pipeline, a global investment bank are looking to expand their London Digital Infrastructure team. The vertical is growing at pace, so is a great time to be part of the success.

The firm has a strong presence across Europe with management of PE, VC, debt and wealth management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience within M&A , Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique or PE
• Good knowledge of the Digital/TMT vertical with previous transaction experience
• Significant Modelling and Valuations experience
