We're working with one of the UK's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors to find a Senior Construction Manager for a flagship project - 'The Daubeny', a world-class life sciences development in Oxford.

You'll be responsible for one of the key buildings on this cutting-edge campus, overseeing both internal and external works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.

What They're Looking For:

A proactive and driven Senior Construction Manager with strong experience managing complex structures from shell & core through to fit-out.

A genuine passion for Health & Safety - this is non-negotiable.

Someone ideally in their 20s or 30s with a modern, tech-savvy mindset - confident using digital tools and driving innovation on-site.

A strong communicator who can lead teams, coordinate trades, and ensure works are delivered to an exceptional standard.
