Postal & Reprographics Supervisor

£14.57 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (6 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Postal & Reprographics Supervisor in Redhill. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Manage all aspects of the Post Room services and processes that support the core business operations

• Supervising and making efficient use of resources available to meet the day-to-day Post Room demands from both external and all organisation departments

• Sorting of overnight printing and undertaking any printing as and when required
• Managing stationary stock levels, along with processing and distributing incoming stationary requests
• Operation of various pieces of equipment including large format scanners, folding machine, photocopiers and general office equipment

The candidate:

• Postroom experience is essential (2 years minimum)
• Management experience is essential
• Must be willing to work fully on-site
