Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to work on our mobile data connectivity platform, SIMPro. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new position where you can make a significant impact and generate real business value. We're looking for someone to join our thriving R&D community who can contribute to the maintenance and testing of our connectivity management platform and APIs. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate within an agile tech delivery team, working closely with software developers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Engage in refinement and design sessions, reviewing code to provide prompt feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, maintaining checklists to validate functionality and identify software issues.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and testing pipelines.
• Contribute to defining and improving processes and procedures for all automated platform and application testing.

Required Skills:

• UI and API testing experience.
• Proficient in Playwright and Selenium automation.
• Java / TypeScript knowledge preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong debugging skills.
• Independent and outcome-focused.
• JIRA experience in agile environments.
• Excellent technical communication.
• Passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and problem-solving.

Desired Skills:

• CI/CD process and pipeline knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git and Jenkins.
• Load/Performance testing experience is a plus.
