Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Meridian Business Support are currently working with a leading Social Housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experience Site Manager with refurbishment and roofing experience.They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a team of operatives and subcontractors covering all domestic roofing projects in and around West Yorkshire.Duties:
  • Management of the roofing contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
  • Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
  • Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
  • Order materials based on schedules and knowledge of roof areas
  • Ensure that material deliveries meet program requirements
  • Ensure that the works, carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements
  • Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
  • Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
  • Attend inspections where necessary
Key Knowledge:
  • Previous Social Housing roofing management experience required
  • Previous experience supervising working from heights / roofing projects
Position Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager experience
  • Must come from roofing/social housing refurbishment background
  • Must have CSCS card
  • Must have SMSTS or SSSTS
