Company Profile

We're looking for a Payroll Executive to join an SME business based in Warwick. You will be responsible for various payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance of internal processes, processing monthly payrolls, analysing results, systems and resolving problems and issues. Assisting with the roll out / implementation of the new iTrent software.

What will you do as a Payroll Executive?

* End to End Payroll Processing, over 1000 employees

* Statutory payments including; SSP, SMP, Pensions

* Providing payroll advice and solutions supporting with queries

* Assist in the roll out/implementation of the new payroll system

* Ensure payroll journal entries posted to general ledger are reconciled and accurate

* Produce and maintain detailed process documents for all payroll processes

What do you need as a Payroll Executive?

* Extensive experience of payroll and pensions

* Experience of working with payroll systems, iTrent an advantage

* Comprehensive knowledge of PAYE, payroll procedures, pension deductions

* Detail-orientated / Data Support Analyst
