M&E Team Lead - Hertfordshire

Salary - £50k

Working Hours - 8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday

M&E Team Lead - TXM are currently looking for a permanent M&E Team Lead to work on a biomedical campus in Hertfordshire. The M&E Team Lead will be overseeing 6 M&E Technicians and subcontractors while planning, organising, managing, and monitoring all engineering functions.

The M&E Team Lead will be managing a diverse team of engineers where they will oversee offices, laboratories and plants. The M&E Team Lead duties will also include -

* Overseeing all engineers working methods and performance

* Training and upskilling staff where necessary

* Working alongside the client, HSE Specialist, and Programme Manager

* Supervise installation and maintenance of equipment

* Ensure all work is completed within timeframe, keeping all parties informed of progress

* Producing risk assessments

* Preparation of annual PPM and statutory compliance programme of works

M&E Team Lead Specification -

* HNC/HND in Engineering or time served apprenticeship

* If electrically biased will need 18th Edition and City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspecting or equivalent

* If mechanically biased will need FGas

* AHU / Ventilation experience (desirable)

* Health and Safety qualification (ideally IOSH MS)

The salary for this role is £50,000 where it also comes with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and additional discount schemes.
