Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Lutterworth who are looking for Production Team Leader to join their busy team.

About the Business:

Our Client is a manufacturer of cleaning products and stands for science-driven solutions for safer workplaces with premium hygiene products.

About The Role:

To Supervise and instruct all members of your Cell. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials and liquids to operations. Ensure all goods, raw materials and finished goods are placed back in the warehouse following required procedures.

Start Date: Immediately

Shifts: Rotating AMs and PMs: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm; Monday to Friday

Pay: £16.25 p/h to £17.51 p/h

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Pick raw materials for the production lines (from pick sheets raised by material handlers). Exact quantities from correct locations

* Regularly inspect each line to ensure that raw materials are delivered on time, in full, to production lines.

* Where required prepare raw materials for production (roll turning material, removing packaging)

* Prepare finished goods for storage in the warehouse and put into locations reserved for by the warehouse system

* Remove all waste product from outside the production area, sort and place in the appropriate re-cycling skips

* Accurately process all returns of unused raw materials as per procedures

* Complete the wash-through of production lines and set up liquids for the next job

* Carry-out stock checks on a monthly basis

* Investigate all stock anomalies that have originated from material handling

* Ensure that the Company's Health and Safety Policy is complied with and continually improve general Health & Safety awareness.

* Ensure that hygiene standards are maintained at all times in the workplace.

* Guide and influence your Team to achieve on-going improvements.

About you:

* Key skills: organisational skills, flexibility, quick learner, ability to work within a team or alone, supervisory skills

* Ability to multi skill in different areas of the business.

* High degree of flexibility

* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions

* Must have eye for the detail

* Ability to complete repetitive tasks and in line with performance targets
