About the Role:
Meridian Business Support is seeking a Healthcare Helpline Advisor to join our client based in Crewe. You'll play a key role in helping patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring they receive vital healthcare equipment and services. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's day, supporting our mission to empower individuals to stay independent.

What You'll Do:

Provide empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.
Manage workload effectively, including additional tasks and project work.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Handle escalated queries and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
Adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment.About You:
If you're kind, communicative, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you. While previous customer service experience is helpful, your empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills are what truly matter.

Active listening skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
To be empathetic and understanding with a calm and confident manner
Able to use IT systems (including Microsoft Office software)
Ability to think quickly and problem solve
