Aspire People are currently looking to recruit an Excellent French teacher who's looking for a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department.The post will involve teaching throughout the School and also directing extra-curricular school productions.
The position is to start from September, with a potential to go permanent.

The successful applicant will be able to teach French h to KS4. You must be able to differentiate lessons and cater for students of all abilities as well as demonstrate a proven track record of securing outstanding student outcomes. The School targets are ambitious, but for the right person, this is a rare opportunity to both make a difference and lead the Academy to the next level.

As a full time MFL teacher the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so the following is expected;

« Teach French to KS3 & KS4 level.
« Assess, mark and plan lessons.
« Assess achievements of pupils.
« Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & dept meetings.

For ECTs there is an extensive induction programme set in place and experienced teachers mentor teachers enabling them to progress through their induction year.
