Stock condition Surveyor - Nottingham
 
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Nottingham.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms. 
       About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.
Must have a minimum qualification in HNC construction.
Carry out 6-8 completed surveys per day
Induction provided - to use the software.
