Description

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
Identifying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions
Reporting product malfunctions
Update customer records in the database
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Share feedback from customers with internal teams
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
