Grafton Banks Finance are working with a rapidly growing commercial company with offices in Crawley, West Sussex to recruit an experienced PA/ Office Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The main purpose of this job opportunity is to support the executive leadership team, senior leadership team and head office functions as the business delivers ambitious and exciting growth plans over the new few years.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Leadership Team (ELT) diary management, travel arrangements, correspondence
  • Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meeting coordinator and meeting minutes
  • Office Manager and Receptionist duties (phone/post/visitors)
  • Clinic Stock and Consumables Manager
  • Monthly Board Paper, Minutes and Agenda - co-ordination, collation and management
  • Management and co-ordination of the company intranet
  • Value Creation Plan (VCP) - monthly meeting coordination, presentation and report collation and co-ordination of updates and reports ahead of monthly VCP Meetings
  • ELT expenses management
  • Coordination, collation and sending companywide email communication
  • Coordination and organisation of companywide briefings, events, functions
  • Liaising with other referring groups
  • Ensuring health and safety and security standards are met
  • Office fire warden duties and nominated first aider
  • General office support
  • Kitchen and break-out space management and maintenance
  • Board room management and support
  • Meeting room coordinator
  • Office cleaner company management
  • Office supplier and stationary management

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working as a PA/Office Manager. You will be a self-starter, hands-on and enthusiastic, able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude. Strong MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are essential alongside excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone  who relishes the opportunity to make a positive difference; to identify and deliver continual improvements. Someone who is keen to embrace variety in their role aiding the senior team in the delivery of their objectives.
