Job Description and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and curiosity.
Support students in developing key skills such as literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high educational standards.
Build strong relationships with parents, providing progress updates and attending meetings.
Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and staff meetings.
Contribute to curriculum development and relevant school policies.
Uphold the school's values, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Experience in planning and delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
Knowledge of phonics and early reading strategies desirable
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent desirable
