I'm working with a South Yorkshire based Tech For Good company who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. This is a hybrid role so please only apply if you live in a commutable distance to Sheffield.As the Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, working closely with software engineering teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.Key Headlines:

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define, refine and deliver technical requirements
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, translate them into clear business and functional requirements, and mange expectations.
• Conduct in depth data analysis using SQL to extract insights and to support decision making.
• Work with cloud technologies to support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scaleable and efficient solutions.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience within as a Senior Business Analyst within a technology driven environment
• Strong background in software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis and reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure of Google Cloud)
