About the jobSalary: £22,737 - £23,114 /11.79 -11.98 per hour

Enhancements:Weekend working - Time & a half, Bank Holidays - Double time & Night enhancement (8pm - 10pm shifts)Working Pattern: Full time position (37 hours) based on a 4-week rota various shift patterns (Inclusive of weekends & bank holidays)

About Stanhope Lodge

Stanhope Lodge is a registered service for up to 28 adults with learning difficulties, ranging from 18 - 70's with high level of support needs such as Autism and/ challenging needs. Our accommodation comprises of shared accommodation, individual homes on site and short break service. T

We aim to enable every person to be engaged in their local community to the best of their ability. For some of the people we support, this could be through a programme of tailored support to build and develop them for day-to-day life skills on a one-to-one basis.

  • You are able to interpret information, such as service complaints, and redirect them to the appropriate person to provide quick and accurate resolution.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will show the ability to deal appropriately with expressive behaviour from the people we support, and respond sensitively to their families and carers.
  • Confident in building relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team completing shared tasks as required.
