A fabulous opportunity for a Operations Manager to join a highly successful and expanding Accountancy Practice.We are looking to recruit a dynamic, professional and forward-thinking Operations Manager to mentor an outstanding team.

Working with 70+staff across a small network of offices throughout the Cheshire area the role of the Operations Manager will be as follows:

  • Operational Management of the firm and ensuring compliance with the regulations
  • Working closely with directors and staff to maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day admin operations of the practice, including human resources, facilities, IT and other administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
  • Oversee the firm's debt collection process, ensuring strong robust procedures are in place.
  • Ensure the firm's operations are compliant
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff (6)
  • Provide leadership and support to staff members to promote professional development and growth
  • Organising training requirements
  • Dealing with budgets and forecasting

The Operations Manager will ideally have the following skills and attributes

  • Previous Practice Manager, Operations Manager or Office Manager experience
  • Previously worked in a management capacity within a regulated environment (Professional Services, Finance, Accountancy or legal etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Can motivate and inspire, continuing the collaborative and friendly office culture
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in a variety of office software and systems
