Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our partnered schools in West London and North London on a temporary basis. This role will involve providing emergency sickness cover and short-term contracts across a variety of subjects including PE, Science, and Maths. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and contributing to the wider school community during periods of cover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.

* Support the assessment and monitoring of pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in setting achievable targets.

* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages all pupils to engage and succeed.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' learning and well-being.

* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required. Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

* Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Key Stage 1.

* Excellent classroom management skills.

* Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
