Electrical Engineer - South London

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team, providing both reactive and planned maintenance services at a prominent office location in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of essential electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of electrical tasks, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all equipment.
• Deliver a maintenance service that meets key performance indicators and standards.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required to support the delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities and relevant paperwork.

Essential Qualifications & Certifications:

• IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition BS 7671:2018.
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance.
• Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing (2391).
• Strong understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).

Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Security Clearance Requirements: Due to the sensitive nature of this role, the successful candidate must be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance, and subsequently pass DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. A bonus will be provided upon successful completion of DV clearance.
