Mechanical Contracts Manager - Essex/London - £80,000 - £85,000 + Package

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team for significant projects within the commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre sectors, with all projects located in Central London. With a diverse portfolio, our client is well-established in delivering high-quality results across multiple sectors.

Duties

* Report to a Director

* Attend and represent the company at on-site meetings

* Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery

* Review and approve technical submittals

* Coordinate and manage sub-contractors effectively

* Take responsibility for QA activities on mechanical packages

* Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients

Requirements

* SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential

* Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor is preferred

* Proven experience in commercial projects or similar sectors

* Prior experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

* Stable employment history (minimum of three years in previous roles)

* Strong understanding of delivering projects in Central London
