Job Title: Town Planner

Location: Reading (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + bonus

The Role

We are seeking a Town Planner to join a growing town planning consultancy in their Reading office. They are open to speaking to Town Planners with varied experience from Assistant to Senior level. As the successful Town Planner you'll be joining the established team of 8, working on a variety of projects.

The Company

This company is a town planning consultancy employee around 50 people and operate across multiple offices in the South East, South West, West Midlands and North East.

The role will require

* Manage the planning applications

* Give sound advice to clients

* Help towards winning new work

* Keep up to date with local planning policies

* Research local plans

* Attend planning committee meetings and other public meetings

* Assist other team members

* Create and maintain progress reports

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience

* Degree in Town Planning

* Ideally working towards chartership

* UK driving license

Salary & Benefits

* £27,000 to £40,000 DOE

* Bonus

* Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

* 27 days holidays + bank holidays
