Protech Property Solutions is a well-established Facilities Maintenance company with over 35 years of experience and a strong reputation for excellence. Based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, we are ideally placed to service our valued clients—Property Management Companies—throughout London and the Home Counties.

We are specialists in Fire Door Compliance, and due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Fire Door Compliance Technician.

🔧 The Role

Working as part of our dedicated Fire Compliance team, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting detailed Fire Door Surveys in residential and commercial buildings

* Supporting the preparation of quotations and reports

* Assisting with Fire Door installations and remedial works

* Advising clients on fire safety compliance

* Liaising with our internal team and reporting to the Fire Compliance Manager

🧰 What You'll Need

* Experience in Fire Door surveys and installations (essential)

* Familiarity with FIRAS, BM TRADA or similar standards (preferred)

* Excellent knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry best practice

* Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy

* A full UK driving licence
