Salary: £35,000 p/a
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

NXT are working on behalf of a successful family-owned business as they look to recruit a Marketing Manager.

As a Marketing Manager, you'll continue to grow and develop the businesses brand and engage with audiences across all of the businesses marketing platforms. You will be responsible for managing a small team as well as managing local, regional and national advertising and competitions.

Responsibilities:

* ​​​Examine engagement statistics and emerging trends, oversee SEO and website traffic indicators, provide insights on return on investment, achievements, and patterns, and recommend enhancements grounded in campaign outcomes

* Organise and oversee your advertising campaigns, making sure to keep your ads fresh and up to date.

* Boost event bookings using various marketing channels. Attending events after hours to gather content for social media.

* Working with the team to organise and refresh the website's content and design, manage photo galleries, and add seasonal themes.

* Get active on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. Post fun daily content, interact with your followers, keep an eye on reviews, and make sure your social media profiles look fresh and up to date.

About you:

* A team player who's all about creativity and collaboration.

* Strong knowledge of WordPress

* Skilled and self-assured with Meta Business Suite & Manager

* A solid marketing background with experience in social media

* Great attention to detail

* Fantastic organisation skills

* Strong time management skills
