Robert Half are partnering with a high-growth tech scale-up is seeking a hands-on Head of Commercial Finance to lead them into the next phase of rapid expansion. Backed by a recent £40million investment, they are building a best-in-class commercial finance function to support their ambitious growth plans. You'll be instrumental in executing their strategy through partnering senior leadership. They have a great diverse culture, the team is hard-working and ambitious and they are based in London.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience of partnering with senior stakeholders, managing P&L, experience with M&A as well as Financial Modelling experience. This role will execute and track strategic business plans, you will be the lead person on allocating capital and partnering with the business. You must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified and have a minimum of 7 years of experience. This role will be based in London.

Role

The Head of Commercial Finance will drive P&L accountability and commercially sound decision making to enable the business to scale at pace. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about owning and having a meaningful impact on the business, this is the opportunity for you. You will work closely with the Strategy team on corporate projects such as GTM strategies, M&A deals & board meeting content. You will manage one FP&A Analyst that is 2 years post-qualified, prior management experience is not necessary. This role will be based in London.

Salary

£75,000 - £95,000 as well as private medical, share options, and the ability to work from anywhere for one month of the year.
