Care Home Manager

Salary: £48,000 per annum + Yearly Pay Reviews + Excellent Benefits

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: 35, Monday – Friday!

HCR represents an outstanding charity that focuses on improving the lives of people with brain injuries and supporting people in being rehabilitated back into the community.  We require a Registered Care Home Manager to manage all aspects of the service.  The Care Home Manager will oversee a service that provides care and rehabilitation for people with acquired brain injuries for no more than 20 + people.

Care Home Manager Duties:  

• To ensure the highest quality standards of care is being provided for treatment packages and care being delivered
• The Registered Manager will lead, motivate, and inspire the team empowering people to achieve their individual goals
• The Registered Manager will collaboratively liaise with internal and external professionals ensuring effective communication

Care Home Manager Requirements:

• To ideally have an NVQ level 5 in leadership & management/ QCF qualification in care or equivalent
• To have experience in managing residential homes or large multi-sites
• The Registered Care Home Manager will be proficient in budget management
• The Registered Care Home Manager will come from a successful CQC background
• The Care Home Manager will inspire and motivate their team members to achieve their full potential
