About the Role

You'll be involved in the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals for residential-led developments, with a focus on strategic land. You'll contribute to site assessments, planning strategies, and community engagement, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients across the UK.

What We're Looking For

MRTPI (or working towards) with relevant planning experience (consultancy or client-side).
Good knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
