Role Purpose
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues to successfully match people to roles. You'll deliver a high-quality, inclusive service that reflects commercial awareness, strong communication, and expert industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed financial, SLA, and KPI targets individually and as part of a team.
Attract and source quality candidates through inclusive and innovative methods.
Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Build enduring relationships with stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
Ensure full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
Support onboarding, performance, and wellbeing of placed candidates.
Regularly review service effectiveness and seek continuous improvement opportunities.Required Skills & Experience
Essential:

Understanding of the recruitment cycle and best practice.
Knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics in recruitment.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to manage and build relationships at all levels.
Understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion principles.Desirable:

Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment.
Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance.
