Role of a Registered Nurse

Are you looking for a Nursing role? We have a care home located in Dartford offering a range of services including residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. They are seeking RGNS! You will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and providing support in their daily healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and care home policies.

* Administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and review care plans.

* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care for residents.

* Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families.

* Supervise healthcare assistants and junior nursing staff.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding standards.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

* Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

* Experience in nursing care, particularly with the elderly or in a care home setting (preferred).

* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts, when necessary
