Your Role:

As a trainee recruiter, you'll support a high-performing Associate Director by sourcing top talent for our construction clients. This fast-paced role will immerse you in the world of recruitment, giving you hands-on experience with clients and candidates from day one. Working with an ambitious, collaborative team who champion each other's success, your daily responsibilities will include:

* Sourcing Candidates: Utilise all available channels to find the best talent.

* Building Relationships: Connect with candidates, understand their career aspirations, and match them to suitable roles.

* Client Interaction: Present candidates to clients, manage the process from introduction to offer and acceptance.

* Providing Excellence: Ensure an outstanding experience for everyone you interact with.
