Andy File Associates Limited are working as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent vacancy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Essential Tasks:
* Ability to gain cooperation working with all levels.
* Technically advise as required from drawings.
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as customers and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Ability to implement preventive measures.
* Conduct root cause analysis.
* Investigate and document NCRs in line with company requirements.
* 8D Reports.
* Ensure maintained compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ability to manage customer specific projects.
* Conduct quality inspections internally and externally, if required.
* ISIR/PPAP/FAIR reports.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
* Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy.
Preferred Tasks:
* Conduct internal audits in line with the internal audit schedule.
* Conduct external audits at supplier premises.
* Conduct gravimetric and particulate cleanliness testing.
* Understanding of production processes.
* Use SAP investigations to support QA Activities.
* Tube Manipulation and hose assembly knowledge for technical investigations.
* Generating orders for replacements.
* Raising credits for non-conforming parts.
* Arranging transport for collection of non-conforming parts.
* Organisation of returns of product.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
You must have proven experience in a similar Quality Engineer Position
GCSEs
Driving License
Negotiation Skills
Excel and Word
Access for logging only
Presentation Skills

Vocational Training - QMS Auditor Training - Internal
QMS Auditor Training - External
Product Training
Product knowledge in the Hydraulics Industry
