Logistics Systems Manager wanted for a Luxury RetailerSalary up to £50k + bonusLocation: South East/Surrey/BerkshireTo lead, manage, support and deliver the Warehouse systems strategy and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities:* To monitor and review customer service standards within the department, that ensure the efficient resolution of customer / supplier queries.* To oversee and review the processes and systems that enable the DC's to operate efficiently * To ensure department adherence to security guidelines at all times and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * To identify and develop opportunities for the strategic development of warehousing operations* Develop highly effective teams through regular communication methods & by offering growth opportunities, recognition, rewarding efforts, promoting team work & co- operation* Ensure that productivity information is available for the Operations teams to be able to motivate and manage their teams* Ensuring that all Company policies & processes are communicated to the team and are applied as appropriate* Overview the integrity of the logistics stock files (OSA), through cycle count schedules, auditing of cartons & stocktaking* Ensure that all Invoice queries are investigated and a solution is found promptly to avoid the delay of invoice payment.* Identifying beneficial efficiencies within Logistics, working with suppliers and operations to deliver them* Ensure all delivery discrepancies are processed promptly and results communicated to the stores* Slotting/space planning for all areas of the warehouseCandidate experience needed: * Experience of leading Logistics Management and Operations.* Experience of working in Warehouse, and Logistic roles* Planning & Organisation skills* Strong Leadership skills.
