You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of young minds, gain valuable classroom experience, and work alongside experienced educators who are passionate about nurturing the potential in every student.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with their learning, both in and out of the classroom environment.
  • Assist subject teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Work with small groups of students or individual pupils, providing additional support and addressing specific learning needs.
  • Observe and monitor student progress, offering feedback to teachers and contributing to progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the school's pastoral care team to provide emotional and social support to students as needed.
  • Encourage and promote a positive learning atmosphere within the school community.
The Candidate
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related discipline.
  • Passion for education and a genuine interest in the psychological development of young individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and tailor support accordingly.
