Please note this is more an office-based role. The ideal candidate will have great organisational and leadership skills, have a strong background in the automotive arena.
As a Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* This is an office-based role where you will assist in scheduling vehicle estimates and serve as a liaison between suppliers and technicians. You will also be responsible for delegating and allocating tasks to technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs
* Monitor the progress of customers vehicle and relay updates to customers with the progress of their vehicle
* Maintaining accurate records carried out in the workshop, raising invoicing and billing when necessary
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns or complaints to ensure a positive experience
* Respond to any emails / letters in a prompt manner
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
As a Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will have:
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller in an Accident Repair Centre
* You will have strong knowledge with eMacs and Audatex
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques
* Proficient computer skills / outlook / excel
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 5:30PM
