Overview / Package:

* Job Title: Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer

* Location: Hertfordshire & North London

* Basic Salary: £34,000 per annum

* Environments: Commercial Offices

* Overtime available

* Status: Permanent, PAYE position

* Works, dependant on skillset: Plumbing (taps, washers, internal blockages, leak detection, leak repair, basic pipework repairs etc), Carpentry (changing locks, fixtures and fittings, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, hanging decorations, basic woodwork, hanging doors, erecting wooden structures), painting and decorating, patch tiling, lifting and shifting, making good of areas, making spaces safe etc.

Requirements:

* Trade qualification to City and Guilds Level 2 standard is preferable within one of the following trades, however we are also happy to accept applications from "time served" professionals.

* Experience in commercial environments if preferable.
