Preferred Requirements:

• Assist in the mobilisation and management of the Kangaroo Works site.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, shaping strong resident engagement strategies.
• Market Kangaroo Works through social media, networking, and local community events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring contractor activities.
• Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing 'A' level(s) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors.
• Adept in property lettings and management with a proactive, can-do attitude.
