Payroll Supervisor - London/Greenford

Salary: £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Location: Greenford

Reporting to: Payroll Manager

A family/friendly feel company are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls. You'll oversee payroll accuracy, compliance and statutory deductions while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll, including starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and auto-enrolment pensions.
Submit RTI filings and liaise with HMRC.
Assist with year-end procedures (P60s).
Provide guidance and support to the payroll team.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive payroll experience (COINS preferred, training provided)
Strong Excel and IT skills.
Supervisory or team leadership experience.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
