Job Title: Enhanced DBS Catering manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate catering managers for an ongoing role, with an Enhanced DBS to join our talented team of Chefs. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards for all our clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to food excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following set menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage stock levels, monitor waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Always maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Catering manager, preferably within a school, hospital, or care home setting. (2 years minimum)
• You must already have a Valid ENHANCED DBS certificate
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• passion for delivering high-quality meals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working hours.
