The Subsidence Claims Handler will be responsible for managing the end to end claims process.In return, the Subsidence Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £25,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus birthday, attractive pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 times your annual salary.Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling and settling domestic and commercial Subsidence claims
• Interpreting data, investigations and repair schedules
• Keeping the policy holder up to date with any progression on their claim
• Providing a first-class service to create the best customer journey possible

Skills & Requirements:

• Experienced Subsidence Claims Handler
• Cradle to grave claims handling experience is imperative
• Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
• Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
