I'm seeking a Qualified Management Accountant to join their small, high-performing team. Reporting to a high-calibre Finance Director, you'll play a key role in their ambitious 3-5 year growth strategy while mentoring and developing two trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain career-enhancing exposure in a management role.

The Role:

🔸 Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and management reporting
🔸 Supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, expanding business
🔸 Managing and developing two team members
🔸 Driving process improvements and adding real value

The Candidate:
🔸 VAT experience (advantageous)
🔸 Strong reporting and data analysis skills
🔸 Proven experience in producing a full set of management accounts
🔸 Fully qualified candidates (ACCA/CIMA or ACA)
