A leading global provider of premium lifting equipment, known for its trusted tower and mobile crane brands, is seeking a Service Technician - Tower Cranes to join its UK team based in Buckingham. This role is a key part of strengthening the Product Support Team and enhancing service delivery to tower crane customers across the UK.

Duties

Deliver high-quality field-based service and technical support for tower cranes.

Provide excellent after-sales service, using sound technical and commercial judgment to support customer needs.

Carry out efficient and timely maintenance, repairs, and servicing in line with product specifications.

Supervise crane erections, dismantles, and parts installations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong technical expertise across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

Proven experience working with cranes - essential

Full UK driving licence

A strong customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
