Typical Benefits of these roles can include:

Germany - Benefits may include Regular employment subject to social security contributions under German law, 40 hours per week working time, 28 days of annual leave. Capital Forming Benefits (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) of up to 40 EUR per month. Implementation of a Company Pension Scheme (betriebliche Altersversorgung) planned for late 2024, partly paid for by employer (TBC). Continuous remuneration in case of sickness (up to 42 days) is statutorily regulated in Germany. These and other legally defined employer benefits are not listed separately here and should be clarified by the client during the interview process.

Ascension Island - Typical benefits to be confirmed with the client; and can include accommodation, a tour bonus payable at the 12 month point of your tour and then at the 24 month point of your tour. This is a loyalty payment and will not be paid on a pro-rata basis unless under exceptional circumstances determined by the Account Director (subject to any applicable statutory deductions). Holiday - Tour Duration of 24 months - 80 days excluding weekends (FTE).

Falkland Islands - Typical benefits can include: 5% Site Allowance - Paid Monthly; 10% Tour Bonus - Paid annually - (This is a loyalty payment and will not be paid on a pro-rata basis). 33 Days Annual Leave (FTE) Plus Official Falklands Bank Holidays ( Currently 9 Bank Holidays in the Falklands), Single accommodation, Flights - 2 Nr Return flights per year to UK or St Helena, Life Assurance - 1 Years Basic Salary

Applicants should ideally have a valid UK passport, driving license and immediate availability to relocate with previous experience working overseas for the MOD desirable.
