Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

What You'll Be Doing: Join our team as a Band 6 RMN / Care Coordinator / Social Worker / OT and play a key role in improving the lives of individuals with mental health needs. In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments

Create and implement personalised care plans

Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid NMC registration and pin

Mental health experience in a relevant setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is an on-site role requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm. The contract is for 3-6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
