• Sales: Manage property sales, from booking viewings to closing offers.
• Lettings: Assist landlords and tenants in finding their ideal matches, ensuring smooth rental processes.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Market Expertise: Provide clients with advice on market conditions and opportunities.
• Viewings and Negotiations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and secure agreements.
• Administrative Duties: Manage property inspecdtions, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate compliance documentation.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, lettings, or similar roles is a plus.
• Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Attitude: Energetic, motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Technology: Familiarity with inputting data into computer software and Microsoft Office.
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is preferred.
