About the Role:

As a Site Manager/Agent, you'll be overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time. You'll work closely with the rest of the team, including Contracts Managers

What You'll Do:

• Manage on-site works, keeping them on track with commercial goals.
• Ensure all work complies with specifications and standards.
• Assist Project Managers with documentation, risk assessments, and SHEQ plans.
• Lead daily briefings and keep everyone informed.
• Support your team by ensuring they have the resources and tools they need.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure all inspections and tests are completed correctly.
• Work closely with the team to ensure resources are well-managed.
• Maintain a safe work environment with regular safety checks.
• Take charge of temporary works and excavation safety on-site.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working on civil engineering projects.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients, third parties, and the site team.
• A recognized site safety management course and a CSCS Managers card.
• Will need valid first aid certificate
• A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge designs where necessary.
• A drive for personal growth and continuous improvement.
• Umbrella PAYE/CIS (equivalent PAYE rate £22 per hour)
