Job Title: Fabricator Welder (Motorsport)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Breaks: 30-minute lunch, 2 x 10-minute tea breaks Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly Rate with Overtime Pay Overtime: Time and a half

Our client is a motorsport fabrication and machining company located in the historic market town of Silverstone, Northamptonshire-the heart of British motorsport.

Established in 1990, they have earned a reputation as a market leader in quality workmanship, recognised by members of the motor racing fraternity and the wider automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various metals, primarily focused on motorsport applications.
Execute precision bench work with occasional on-car welding tasks as required.
Collaborate with a skilled team to produce components that meet stringent motorsport standards.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in fabrication and welding, specifically with steels, stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium.
Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Experience in a motorsport environment is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
