About the Role

Manage a small team of engineers, overseeing the delivery of work packages with minimal supervision.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables, technical checking, budget monitoring, and commercial project management.
Guide and develop your team through training, feedback, and mentorship.
Lead engineering design of temporary and permanent works on both small and large projects, ensuring the right solution is provided the first time.
Lead technical discussions with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to technical briefs and work requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Postgraduate qualifications in civil or structural engineering.
Minimum of 10 years' experience.
Chartered status in civil or structural engineering with membership in professional bodies.
Proven tunnelling and underground space experience on major infrastructure projects.
Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills.
Experience in BIM and other design software.
Knowledge of relevant standards, legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
Strong commercial track record.
