The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B construction sales, with strong relationships or experience selling to Main Contractors in London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector, focusing on flooring solutions.

* Build and maintain relationships with Main Contractors, Developers, and Architects.

* Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements:

* Proven B2B sales experience in the construction industry (flooring experience preferred).

* Strong network or experience working with Main Contractors in London.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

* Ability to work on a freelance or temp-to-perm basis
