HV Shift Supervisor - West End, London - 65k + Package

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HV Shift Supervisor to join a globally recognised retail store based in the heart of the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all related Building Services & High Voltage (HV) systems while ensuring exceptional service standards are met in a very client-facing environment

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise a small team of technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HV systems.

* Manage shift handovers, ensuring continuity of service and effective communication.

* Take responsibility for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of all HV systems on-site.

* Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, with a strong focus on maintaining a safe working environment.

* Act as the point of contact for all HV-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance to the team.

* Support the development of team members through training and mentoring.

* Manage and report on key performance indicators, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.

* Maintain positive client relationships, ensuring excellent service is provided at all times

Requirements

* Proven experience with HV systems in a supervisory role.

* Ideally, a valid HV ticket or certification.

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small, effective team.

* Ability to work in a high-pressure, client-facing environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly within the electrical sector.

* Flexibility to work a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, covering both days and nights.
